Introduction

Welcome to Forts.AI ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our forecasting platform ("App"). By accessing or using Forts.AI, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Use of the App

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Forts.AI.
  • By using the App, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Account Registration

  • To use the App, you need to create an account.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep this information up-to-date.

User Responsibilities

  • You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • You will not use the App for any unlawful or prohibited activities.

Access and Use of Google Drive

  • Forts.AI requires access to your Google Drive if you want to export results. This access is limited to writing files in a specific folder you designate within your Google Drive.
  • The App does not retrieve or read any other data from your Google Drive.
  • By granting access, you authorize Forts.AI to write forecasting results to your Google Drive. Forts.
  • AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
  • Forts.AI does not share any user data with third-party tools, including AI models.

Content

User Content

  • You retain ownership of any content you upload or create using the App ("User Content").

App Content

  • All content provided by Forts.AI, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Forts.AI and is protected by intellectual property laws.
  • You may not use, modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any Forts.AI content without our prior written consent.

Payments and Subscription

  • Certain features of the App may require payment. By subscribing to these features, you agree to pay the applicable fees.
  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Any data stored in your account may no longer be accessible to you.

Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's performance or reliability.
  • We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forts.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Forts.AI and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Forts.AI is based, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our website.
  • Your continued use of the App after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
